1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ra77 platform and all its services. By visiting the ra77 website or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. Any member who does not agree with these Terms is requested to refrain from using this platform.

3. Account Registration

To create an account at ra77, members must provide truthful and accurate information. The details required at registration are:

• Information consistent with the payment method used

Use a strong password to protect your account. Never share your password with any third party. It is the member's responsibility to notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised access to their account.

ra77 reserves the right to verify any account. As part of verification, members may be asked to submit an identity document, proof of address, or payment method documentation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

Accepted deposit methods at ra77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Funds deposited through a third party are not accepted — the account holder must deposit from their own payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal

The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawals, until verification is complete.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification is not complete. ra77 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal requests if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

5. Welcome Bonus Policy

New members at ra77 receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Bonus example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳3,000.
• If you deposit ৳16,000 or more, the maximum ৳15,000 bonus will apply — bringing your total balance to ৳31,000.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal.

6. Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times) — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

Example:

• If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 (৳2,000 × 10) in bets to withdraw winnings earned from the bonus.

7. Promotions Policy

ra77 offers various promotions, cashback offers, and VIP benefits from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly communicated at the time of announcement.

ra77's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

7.2 Right to Cancel Promotions

ra77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a member uses multiple accounts to benefit from the same promotion, all bonuses will be forfeited and the accounts may be closed.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the ra77 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person
• Misuse of bonus offers or bonus hunting
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Unauthorised access to other members' accounts
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain unfair advantage
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or any artificial means
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information
• Any activity that damages ra77's reputation

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension or Closure by ra77

ra77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to verify an account or providing false information
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period

9.2 Closure by Member

Any member may close their own account at any time. To do so, contact our support team via live chat or email. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

10. Gaming Disputes & Complaints

If a member has a dispute over a gaming outcome or transaction, they may contact our support team. The complaints resolution process is as follows:

1. First, raise the matter via 24/7 live chat.

3. Once the complaint is logged, our team will investigate the matter.
4. In the case of a technical system error, ra77's decision will be considered final.
